Oh Baby do I love some steak! This is one of my favorite meals in the entire world. No lie. For dinner last night I was craving some nice grilled steak and thats exactly what I made. We bought frozen miniature prime ribs from Sam’s, I defrosted them and marinated them. The only two seasonings/sauces I used were “grill masters Montreal steak” and Worcestershire sauce. I let them sit for maybe 5 minutes while the grill is heating to its max capacity. I them turn off the left outside flame and place the steaks on the grill. I let them sear on each side until they are decently crisp. I don’t like the outside completely burned but I do like a nice charcoal mark. It leaves a juicy finish to the steaks and it tastes like absolute heaven. I also just steamed some broccoli per usual. And last but not least. My very favorite. THE GARLIC BREAD. This cheesy delicious garlic LOW CARB bread is heaven in a bite. I can’t compliment this enough, it was absolutely the best alternative for bread. I will attempt to link the recipe below (but I am a little behind at this) but you can find it on Pinterest or even instagram! It was amazing, if you can’t tell. This dinner is a new home favorite of mine and I will be cooking it as much as possible. Let me know if you try this recipe out or if you have any questions!
